At five and a half months, here are some things to love about Ezra.

- His smiles, given freely, especially in the morning when we greet him.
- When he suddenly and forcefully shoves his face into our chests when he's sleepy or hungry.
- His little cheeks, so squishy to kiss.
- That he does not accept or realize the limitations of his mouth's capacity for holding objects such as hands or toys.
- His shrieks of delight.
- The way he wraps his arm around the shoulder of the person holding him to hang on while being carried.
- The cuteness of his thumb sucking.
- How much joy he takes in kicking and floating in the bath.
- That he sleeps through the night most nights (though we would love him just as much if he didn't).
- How fluffy his hair is after a bath.
- His slightly chubby little body.
- His animated conversations with Mirror Baby... and his surprise to find Mirror Baby in strange places like the church nursery or the bathroom!
